Product Development Joint Ventures
- We occasionally enter into joint ventures where the venture represents an acceptable risk and return on investment. The Truck Tire Casing inspection machine featured in this website is a joint venture product developed in cooperation with Oliver Rubber Company. We manufactured 132 of these machines before Oliver Rubber was the subject of a takeover. This resulted in our exclusive ownership of the product. This venture was a success for both parties. The
Oliver people were excellent to deal with and we truly regret losing them as a business partner.
